Finnegan Dodges IP Malpractice Suit After High Court Ruling

Law360, New York (February 20, 2013, 5:19 PM ET) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Wednesday abruptly tossed an eyeglasses company’s malpractice suit that accused Finnegan Henderson Farabow Garrett & Dunner LLP of simultaneously advising it and a rival on similar patent applications, in light of the U.S. Supreme Court’s Wednesday ruling in Gunn v. Minton.
