Travelers Sues To Dodge Coverage In Medical Device IP Row

Law360, New York (February 21, 2013, 2:28 PM ET) -- Travelers Property Casualty Co. of America on Tuesday slapped a medical device technology company with a suit in California federal court, arguing it has no obligation to cover the company for inequitable conduct claims levied against it in a patent dispute over medical sutures.
