Law360, New York (February 20, 2013, 8:59 PM ET) -- Halliburton Energy Services Inc. was hit with a $300 million arbitration demand by an environmental services firm accusing the oilfield services giant of stealing trade secrets about its fracking liquid treatment operation, despite a nondisclosure agreement between the companies.
