Law360, New York (October 05, 2005, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado has awarded medical technology producer Medtronic Navigation $51 million for four counts of patent infringement by surgery products manufacturer BrainLab Inc.
Medtronic filed the suit in 1998, alleging that BrainLab infringed four of its patents for image-guided surgical tools and techniques.
