Pfizer Gets New Trial After $39M Trade Secrets Verdict

Law360, New York (February 26, 2013, 11:31 PM ET) -- Pfizer Inc. will get a new trial after losing a $39 million dispute over trade secrets it allegedly stole from a California-based research group, when a California appeals court on Tuesday affirmed a lower court’s decision to grant the drug giant another shot.
