Law360, New York (February 27, 2013, 2:13 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge on Tuesday upheld a $368 million patent infringement verdict against Apple Inc. over its popular FaceTime application, but refused to issue an injunction that would have barred Apple's product from the market.
