9th Circ. Won't Rehear $319M 'Millionaire' Suit Against Disney

Law360, Los Angeles (February 27, 2013, 4:01 PM ET) -- The Ninth Circuit on Tuesday unanimously denied The Walt Disney Co.’s petition to rehear and review a $319 million jury verdict for breaching the terms of contract with British television production company Celador International Ltd. concerning licensing for "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire."
