'Wedding Crashers' IP Suit Tossed By Calif. Appeals Court

Law360, New York (March 07, 2013, 6:40 PM ET) -- New Line Cinema Corp. on Wednesday defeated a producer’s suit claiming the film studio stole his ideas to make the movie "Wedding Crashers” when a California appeals court found there was no written contract between them that the studio could have violated.
