Snell & Wilmer Won't Be Booted From Telecom IP Fight

Law360, New York (March 07, 2013, 8:21 PM ET) -- PCT International Inc. failed Thursday to unseat Snell & Wilmer LLP from representing its rival in its patent infringement suit over a television and computer network transmission cable part when an Arizona federal judge found there was no conflict of interest from a Snell attorney's previous representation of PCT.
