Attys Welcome USPTO Revamp Of Outdated Conduct Rules

Law360, New York (April 03, 2013, 7:56 PM ET) -- In the first update to its professional conduct rules in nearly 30 years, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office finally agreed Wednesday to align its policy with those used in most U.S. states, relieving practitioners who have long been frustrated by having to deal with two sets of rules.
