Judge Resolute On Apple Victory In 3G Network Patent Case

Law360, New York (April 26, 2013, 4:21 PM ET) -- A Delaware federal judge on Thursday refused to reconsider her decision to throw out patent infringement claims against Apple Inc., saying she made no error in finding Apple mobile phones did not steal from Golden Bridge Technology Inc.'s 3G mobile network technology.
