Wireless Patent Holder Asks Supreme Court To Revive Suit

Law360, New York (May 01, 2013, 7:22 PM ET) -- A patent-holding company urged the U.S. Supreme Court last week to revive its infringement claims against dozens of foreign cellphone service providers, arguing that the Federal Circuit had deprived the company of its due process rights.
