Trico Imports Copycat Windshield Wipers, Federal-Mogul Says

Law360, New York (May 10, 2013, 7:21 PM ET) -- Federal-Mogul Corp. on Thursday asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to halt all imports of Trico Products Corp. windshield wipers it says violate a patent it holds covering blades outfitted with adjustable spoilers designed to counteract the lifting effects of high-speed airflow.
