Automakers Settle Dispute Over Letter Q Out Of Court

Law360, New York (November 07, 2005, 12:00 AM ET) -- A district court will no longer need to weigh in on who has the rights to the letter Q, as automakers Nissan and Audi have settled their trademark dispute over the letter out of court.

The two companies settled the case last week, causing it to be dismissed after several months of litigation. The terms of the settlement were not made public.
