Law360, New York (January 22, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Patent-holding company Minerva Industries Inc. has filed suit against Apple Inc. and asserted a newly issued patent against cellular phone manufacturers that were recently dismissed from similar litigation.
After the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issued a new patent covering cell phone features to Minerva on Tuesday, the company filed three complaints in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas claiming infringement of the patent.
