Law360, New York (June 18, 2013, 6:34 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge ruled Monday that Kate Spade LLC’s Kate Spade Saturday line of apparel does not infringe on a registered trademark by men's retailer Saturdays Surf LLC, finding that there is unlikely to be any consumer confusion between the two marks.
