The Weather Channel Can't Duck Trade Secret Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (July 12, 2013, 7:21 PM ET) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Friday refused to dismiss claims for misappropriation of trade secrets Events Media Network Inc. filed against The Weather Channel Interactive Inc., saying EMNI alleged sufficient facts to state the misappropriation claims under the Georgia Trade Secrets Act.
