Toshiba, Panasonic, ZTE Added To Wi-Fi Patent Blitz

Law360, New York (July 26, 2013, 3:34 PM ET) -- A Delaware corporation on Wednesday expanded its enforcement blitz of a patent for the dual transmission of voice and data via Wi-Fi, adding Toshiba Corp., Panasonic Corp. and ZTE Corp. to a list of defendants that already includes Apple Inc. and Casio Computer Co. Ltd.

Wyncomm LLC, which also filed suits during April in Delaware federal court against Asustek Computer Inc., Bonac Innovation Corp., Blu Products Inc. and Acer Inc., said the defendants infringed at least one claim of its patent with “specific intent or willful blindness”...
