Alcon Sues To Block Mylan's Bid For Generic Glaucoma Drug

Law360, New York (July 26, 2013, 8:44 PM ET) -- Alcon Research Ltd. is trying to halt Mylan Inc.'s plans to debut a generic form of the glaucoma treatment Travatan Z, accusing Mylan in a suit filed in Delaware federal court Friday of seeking government approval for a drug that would infringe three Alcon patents.
