9th Circ. Opens Door For Arbitration In Oracle Java IP Row

Law360, New York (July 26, 2013, 6:29 PM ET) -- The Ninth Circuit said Friday that an arbitrator, and not a district court, should decide whether Myriad Group AG can force arbitration of copyright and trademark infringement claims against the company in a licensing dispute with Oracle America Inc. over Java technology.
