Law360, New York (February 07, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A group of 14 unions, including the Patent Office Professional Association and United Steelworkers, became the latest voices to join a growing chorus of opposition to the Patent Reform Act of 2007 now pending before the Senate.
The group wrote to all senators Thursday to argue that passing the bill, S. 1145, would place the U.S. at a competitive disadvantage.
