Bayer Wins Injunction Banning Syngenta's Fungicide

Law360, New York (September 30, 2013, 3:38 PM ET) -- A North Carolina federal judge imposed a preliminary injunction Monday barring Syngenta Crop Protection LLC from selling a fungicide targeted by a Bayer CropScience Inc. patent infringement suit, saying Bayer had a good chance of winning its case.
