Former RFMD Employees Can't Shake Trade Secrets Case

Law360, New York (September 30, 2013, 6:39 PM ET) -- A North Carolina federal judge refused Monday to dismiss a suit RF Micro Devices Inc. filed against three former employees alleging they violated confidentiality agreements and stole proprietary company information, rejecting the ex-workers' contention that the allegations were vague and the court should abstain from hearing the case.
