Lawyers' Voices Needed In Anti-Troll Debate, Judge Says

Law360, New York (October 10, 2013, 8:02 PM ET) -- Attorneys must get involved in the debate in Congress over legislation to rein in so-called patent trolls, since lawmakers have an "abysmal" understanding of patent law and are at risk of making harmful changes to the patent system, the former chief judge of the Federal Circuit said at a forum Wednesday.
