Law360, New York (January 04, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Canadian generic drug maker Apotex received a blow in a court ruling that struck down plans by the company to manufacture a version of Acular, the world’s leading itchy eye treatment.
The temporary restraining order is the latest development in a patent infringement lawsuit over Acular, an anti-inflammatory eye medicine introduced in 1993 by Allergan Inc.
