Law360, New York (March 17, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge refused Dell Inc.'s bid to toss disputed claims in a patent lawsuit over multiscreen display units, finding that the computer company failed to meet the high burden of showing that the claims are invalid.
Judge Leonard Davis' ruling also detailed claim construction in the suit, which Mass Engineered Design Inc. had filed against several technology companies.
