9th Circ. Revives Promoter's Sons' Claims In Copyright Row

Law360, Los Angeles (February 05, 2014, 7:16 PM ET) -- The Ninth Circuit on Wednesday rejected a request to reconsider its December decision reviving some of the claims brought against late concert promoter Bill Graham's estate by Graham's sons in a suit alleging they were swindled out of hundreds of historic rock posters and their copyrights.
