Long-Simmering Amazon Patent Spat Moves East

Law360, New York (January 25, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- A little more than a year after e-commerce giant Amazon.com Inc. bit back at the world’s largest real-estate and travel-services company for filing a backfire lawsuit amid collapsed settlement negotiations, the two will duke it out in a new district after a federal judge moved the case from Seattle to a Delaware district court.
