Law360, New York (March 27, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has issued a mixed ruling in three helicopter repair companies' bid to dismiss certain of Rolls-Royce Corp.'s claims in a trade secrets dispute related to its Model 250 light aircraft engine. Many of the defendants' counterclaims, including allegations of Rolls-Royce's illegal tying arrangements with distributors, remain.
