Law360, New York (May 07, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Solomon Technologies Inc. has lost its bid to overturn a decision that Toyota Motor Corp.’s hybrid vehicles did not infringe its patent.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on Wednesday agreed with the U.S. International Trade Commission that an administrative law judge properly concluded that Toyota and its affiliates did not violate Solomon’s patent.
