Law360, New York (May 29, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Presstek Inc. has settled patent infringement lawsuits against Fuji Photo Film Co. Ltd. and a unit of Eastman Kodak Co., as well as part of an infringement dispute before the International Trade Commission and an arbitration proceeding, the digital imaging company announced Wednesday.
