AstraZeneca Sues To Protect Accolate

Law360, New York (July 01, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Drug manufacturers AstraZeneca UK Limited and AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP have filed a patent infringement lawsuit seeking to prevent Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd. of India from making a generic version of AstraZeneca's asthma treatment drug Accolate.
