Pfizer Argues for Summary Judgment Vs. Pennie & Edmonds

Law360, New York (December 16, 2003, 12:00 AM ET) -- The judge presiding over a hearing in Pfizer’s lawsuit against intellectual property law firm Pennie & Edmond hinted strongly Tuesday that he would deny Pfizer’s motion for a summary judgment.
