Law360, New York (July 16, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Comcast Corp. has settled a lawsuit brought by Klausner Technologies Inc. alleging that Comcast, along with several other companies, infringed a patent related to visual voice-messaging technology.
In a motion filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Comcast and Klausner asked the court to dismiss all claims between them.
A Comcast spokeswoman confirmed that the two companies have reached a settlement, but said that its terms are confidential. An attorney for Klausner could not immediately be reached for comment....
