Law360, New York (July 22, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has given Rosenthal Collins Group LLC two weeks to provide discovery materials related to a counterclaim in a protracted patent infringement suit the futures brokerage launched against Trading Technologies International Inc.
Judge James B. Moran of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois reiterated the court’s May 2007 order compelling RCG to produce a key expert for deposition as well as other discovery requested by TT, while refraining, for the time being, from issuing additional sanctions.
