Law360, New York (July 22, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Daewoo Electronics Corp. has been handed a summary judgment win in Funai Electric Co. Ltd.'s patent suit against it over VCR technology.
On Tuesday, a sealed order granted Daewoo's summary judgment motion and held that Daewoo isn't liable for an $8 million default judgment against two former Daewoo entities.
