Law360, New York (August 28, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Affinity Labs of Texas LLC has targeted some of the world's biggest automakers in its latest suit over a patent for connecting portable audio devices to car sound systems.
In a complaint filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the patent-licensing company accuses the U.S. business units of BMW, Honda, Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Toyota and Volkswagen of patent infringement.
