Law360, New York (September 26, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Iovate Health Sciences Research Inc. has resolved its patent dispute over nutritional supplements about a month after securing a landmark decision that allowed for different royalty rates for infringement of the same patent.
Judge Ron Clark of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Wednesday signed off on a consent decree, which enters judgment against Bio-Engineered Supplements & Nutrition Inc. for infringement of one of the two patents-in-suit.
