Adidas Sues Target Again Over Three-Stripe Mark

Law360, New York (October 01, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Adidas AG has filed a lawsuit accusing Target Corp. of infringing the sportswear maker's famous three-stripe mark after the retail giant again started selling shoes with two and four parallel stripes.

In a complaint filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, Adidas and its U.S. subsidiary claim Target has repeatedly violated settlement agreements forbidding the retailer to sell infringing products.
