Law360, New York (October 22, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Technology company Infineon Technologies AG has settled an infringement lawsuit brought by rival Third Dimension Semiconductor Inc. over four patents related to semiconductor technology.
In a motion filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Third Dimension and Infineon asked the court to dismiss all claims and counterclaims between them, pursuant to a license agreement dated Oct. 7.
