Law360, New York (July 18, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Biotech company Bio-Rad Laboratories Inc. and bioMérieux, an in-vitro diagnostics maker, have settled a licensing dispute over virus patents.
The dispute was originally between bioMérieux and Pasteur Sanofi Diagnostics, but the California-based research and diagnostics firm Bio-Rad acquired Pasteur Sanofi in 1999 and inherited the dispute.
