Law360, New York (November 07, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A small Chinese tech company reportedly has dragged Microsoft Corp. into a Chinese court, alleging that the software giant infringed a patent for Really Simple Syndication in its Windows Vista operating system.
The case is being heard by the Intermediate People's Court in the central city of Xi'an, and the first hearing has been held, the Web site China Daily reported.
