Law360, New York (November 13, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Medical device company Synthes (USA) has gotten its back up in a dispute with rival Spinal Kinetics Inc., accusing the artificial disk maker of infringing a patent related to intervertebral implants.
The complaint, filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, claims Spinal Kinetics manufactures and sells artificial disks that are covered by claims of a patent Synthes holds over spinal implant technology.
