Law360, New York (November 18, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Eastman Kodak Co. has sued Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and LG Electronics Inc. for allegedly infringing four Kodak patents related to digital camera technology.
Kodak filed two separate complaints against Samsung, LG and several of their subsidiaries Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. The complaints allege that Samsung and LG infringe its patents by selling camera phones that use Kodak's patented camera technology.
