Law360, New York (December 03, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Shoe companies Crocs Inc. and Skechers Inc. have agreed to settle all patent litigation involving plastic footwear, the companies said Wednesday.
In a joint statement, the shoe companies said the terms of the settlement were mutually acceptable. Under the agreement, Skechers will discontinue production and sale of certain types of molded footwear, and the company said it will focus on its “core footwear styles.” Other details of the settlement were confidential.
