Law360, New York (January 05, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Facebook Inc. has slapped a Brazilian Web site with copyright, trademark and unfair competition claims for allowing Internet users to indirectly access the social networking site through an all-in-one networking portal.
Social networking giant Facebook filed the lawsuit against Power.com parent company Power Ventures Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Dec. 30 after negotiations between the parties collapsed.
