Law360, New York (January 08, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has upheld a $6.5 million jury verdict and added prejudgment interest for Telcordia Technologies Inc. in the former research division of the Bell telephone companies' patent infringement suit against Cisco Systems Inc., but the judge declined to treble the damages or award attorneys' fees.
