Law360, New York (January 15, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Dell Inc. has reached a settlement with Acacia Research Corp. unit International Printer Corp. in a patent suit over multifunction printer technology, joining a long list of settling parties and leaving Xerox Corp. as the only defendant in IPC's complaint that hasn't struck a deal.
On Wednesday, Acacia said IPC had come to terms with Dell on a licensing and settlement agreement that would resolve Dell's involvement in the case, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas in August 2007....
