Northbrook, Browster Settle Web Browser Patent Spat

Law360, New York (January 22, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal court has approved a settlement between Northbrook Digital Corp. and now-defunct Browster Inc. in a suit over patents related to enhanced Web browsing.

In an order signed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, Judge Michael J. Davis approved a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice filed by the parties Jan. 9, informing the court that “all matters have been fully settled, compromised and adjourned” with each party to bear its respective fees and costs.
