Law360, New York (January 28, 2004, 12:00 AM ET) -- A technology company that facilitates financial transactions between car dealers and loan providers has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against a rival run by some of the world’s top auto makers.
DealerTrack said it has sued RouteOne LLC, a joint venture of DaimlerChrysler Services L.L.C., Ford Motor Credit Corporation, General Motors Acceptance Corporation and Toyota Financial Services over two patents for a web-based credit application and routing system.
